Emergency Procedures
Holmes Landscape Company: 760.732.3379

Broken pipes or broken sprinkler heads:
Immediately call us and/or the Management Company with the specific location.

Stuck valve or broken mainlines:
Immediately call us and/or the Management Company with the specific location, then turn off the back flow that provides water to the area. Most backflows are next to the irrigation controllers. Generally, your Landscape Committee members will know where all the shutoff points are throughout the neighborhood. Homeowners nearby the irrigation controllers may, too. (Note: No valve should ever be on for more than half of an hour.)

Trees that have fallen down or broken branches:
Immediately call us and/or the Management Company with specific location. If it is a hazard, we will send a crew out immediately, otherwise we'll attend to it the next day.

Trees that need pruning:
Call your Management Company and/or Landscape Committee.

Vandalism:
Immediately call us and/or the Management Company with the specific location. If possible write down any information that would help identify the people who did the damage.

Fires:
Call 911 and report the fire, then call your Management Company, and then call us. We will have someone on site as fast as possible to interface with the Fire Department. We do not turn on the irrigation systems unless requested to do so by the Fire Department because they often need the water and water pressure to fight the fire.

Individual requests:
All individual request have to go through your Management Company and/or Landscape Committee. We are happy to do anything requested by a homeowner as long as we have received prior written approval from your Management Company.
